VCA Executive Committee
VCA Board of Directors' Executive Committee voting members consist of the all elected officers of VCA and two individual appointed by the President and approved by the VCA Board: President, President-Elect, Immediate Past President, Secretary, Treasurer, Secretary-Elect, Treasurer-Elect, and Chairs of the Division and Chapter Councils who are appointed.
Ex-officio (non-voting) members consist of the Executive Director, Director of Membership Services, Advocacy Relations Chair(s), Convention Coordinator, and The Virginia Counselor Editor.
Board of Directors
VCA Board of Directors voting members consist of the voting members of the Executive Committee plus Chapter Presidents, and Division Presidents. Ex-officio (non-voting) members include Committee Chairs, Executive Director, Director of Membership Services, Convention Coordinator, and The Virginia Counselor Editor.
