VCA Board of Directors voting members consist of the President, President-Elect, Immediate Past President, Secretary, Treasurer, Secretary-Elect, Treasurer-Elect, and Chairs of the Division and Chapter Councils, Chapter Presidents, and Division Presidents. Ex-officio (non-voting) members include Committee Chairs, Executive Director, Director of Membership Services, Convention Coordinator, and The Virginia Counselor Editor.
