The Virginia Counselors Association is proud to announce the 3rd annual Leadership Academy. It is designed to be a foundational training experience for emerging VCA leaders.
Who should attend?
Ø VCA Executive Board members and designated committee chairs for 2017-18 are expected to attend with the cost being covered by VCA.
Ø Each chapter and division are encouraged to send two members from their Executive Board at the cost of $50.00 per person. This fee will include lodging, food and beverages during the Friday evening networking social, breakout snacks plus breakfast & lunch on Saturday.
Ø Graduate and doctoral students attending institutions in Virignia can compete for scholarship positions. The online application can be found at the VCA website: http://www.vcacounselors.org/event/2017LeadershipAcademyStudentApplication The deadline for applications is 5:00 pm, EST on Friday, April 28th. Recipients will be able to attend free of charge.
All costs are based on room sharing. Participants may indicate desired roomates when registering online. Participants desiring private rooms must pay full price. Any special requests should be made directly to Vicky Wheeler at: email@example.com
