VCA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
All board members are expected to attend the full board meeting on Saturday, February 25, 2017, 12:30 - 4:00 pm. (Optional lunch attendance 12:00 - 12:30 pm. Pizza & salad)
For Chapter & Division Presidents, if you are unable to attend, you need to send an alternate delegate to the meeting in your place. Please email email@example.com, your alternate’s name at least 1 day prior to the meeting, so we know who you have designated to represent your chapter/division in your absence and so we can have a name table tent prepared, which is used for identification and voting purposes at the board meeting.
Executive Committee Members will meet on Saturday, February 25, from 9:15 am - 12:00 pm
The Executive Committee consists of the Presidents (past, present, future), Treasurers & Secretaries (present and future), Chapter & Division Council Chairs, Parliamentarian and the VCA Lobbyist, Becky Bowers-Lanier.
Every committee, chapter and division is expected to submit a board report, whether or not you attend. Please submit (VIA E-MAIL TO VCAOFFICE@COX.NET) a report for your committee, chapter or division, no later than Thursday, February 16, 2017.
· Reports should include the following:
o Committee/Chapter/Division Name
o Chair/Co-Chair/Officers Name(s)
o Committee Members (N/A for Chapters and Divisions)
o Dates of Meetings & Events since 7/1/16
o Dates of Meetings & Events planned through 6/30/17
o Brief summary (bullet points are fine) of accomplishments since last report
o Brief list of goals until next report
