VCA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
JUNE 6, 2020 - VIA ZOOM
9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
*Due to COVID-19 & the Stay At Home order anticipated to be lifted on June 10, the final 2019-20 Board Meeting has been changed to June 6 via Zoom*
If you are not able to attend, please ask an alternate delegate to attend the meeting in your place and e-mail Vicky Wheeler, email@example.com, for voting purposes and so we can send them the Zoom meeting login information, your alternate’s name no less than 24 hours prior to the meeting date, so we know who you have designated to represent your chapter/division in your absence.
If you have an item of discussion you would like added to the Agenda, please contact the VCA President, Rebecca Kaderli, firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than Friday, May 29, 2020.
Every Committee Chair and Chapter/Division Presidents are expected to submit a board report, whether or not you attend the meeting. Board Reports are due no later than Monday, June 1, 2020. All board reports are submitted online, using the YM File Library.
Reports should include the following:
- Committee/Chapter/Division Official Name & Board Members
- 2020-2021 Chapter/Division President & Board Members Names (or election plans)
- Dates of Meetings & Events held during the current fiscal year (7/1/19 to 6/30/20)
- Brief summary (bullet points are fine) of accomplishments this fiscal year (7/1/19 to 6/30/20)
- Brief list of goals for next fiscal year (7/1/20 to 6/30/21)
- Any additional comments and/or concerns
Please invite your incoming 2020-2021 Chapter/Division Presidents/Board Members to the Full Board Meeting, as they are welcome to attend. Be sure to ask them to register online, so that they will receive the Zoom meeting login information.
